Error 255 when sharing folder

Hi there
I try to share folder for windows guest installed on KVM, the steps I did:
Right click on folder
I clicked ‘Properties’
Then I clicked ‘share this folder’
Then I clicked on ‘allow other to create…’ and ‘guest access’ checkboxes
Then I clicked ‘create share’
I got this message :‘net usershare’ returned error 255: net usershare add: failed to add share share. Error was Operation not permitted

How to fix this?

Does anyone try to share host folder for windows-guest installed on KVM? Maybe its can be done in another way?
