Ordered: February 13, 2019
Verification E-Mail: March 3, 2023 (OVER FOUR YEARS LATER)
Sent reply email, asking if refund was possible now that it’s ready to ship: March 4, 2023
Received response about my question: No
Received device: No
Received refund: No
NOTE: I replied to the email, asking if a refund was available, now that my device is ready to ship. However, I no longer have the same credit card I did when I ordered this over four years ago. I asked them about this situation and how else I could get a refund. I have yet to hear a response back. I fully expect to have to wait another four years for a response. They might respond… Who knows? Hell might freeze over.

I can’t believe I get to be here, to live this today. It’s an incredible feeling. I would like to thank everyone who made this crazy journey possible, but especially my family, my agent, my ultimate frisbee teammates, and mr. fattori my ninth-grade math teacher. They said a scruffy kid with a social science degree could never have online privacy. They said monopolists, they said covid, they said supply chains, they said 3-letter agencies, they said bankruptcy… They said a lot of things.
But I say follow your dreams kids, and never give up.
And I never thought my suggestion to append everyone’s delivery to this thread would make it a “prestige” thread. Maybe this forum should have a badge for it?
Who knows; Purism does not make public the number of orders remaining. Also, remember that Sep2019 is more than 3.5 years ago, so you’re cheering having only a 3.5 year backlog instead of a 4 year backlog.
