I think you are supposed to post when you do receive something (either an email or a phone) so that other people can see where Purism is up to - and in theory other customers can use that to extrapolate when their phone will arrive.
As you can see, Purism is working on orders from approximately early October 2018 - so yours may not be too far away.
Also, based on my L5 order(Aug 2018) and address verification email (July 5 which I verified same day), since I ordered Purismās Awesom phone service, my thoughts are that they are appropriately holding off on sending my L5 until their new service is set and they have the SIM card for that new service. I gladly will wait since I want to try the phone service, and I will also receive updated Linux OS and software. Then the expierence with tinkering around with Linux in a new form factor will begin with the possibility of chucking my privacy intrusive system sometime in the future

As we donāt have any exact numbers in terms of how many phones were shipped, I extrapolated that Iād be at around number 4170 in the queue based on the previous two months of ordering (Sep & Oct 2018).

From the look of things, Batch E3 should be fully processed by the end of October. Sure hope E4 will be production complete soon after.
Does anyone know how refunds will work if you used the interest-free monthly payment service? I ordered in February 2019 and donāt even remember the name of the service at this point.

OK. The search functionality here is not very useful when Iāve tried using it, so Iāll try support directly.
The quick answer, youāre not getting a refund. Youāre in too deep now. Purism will issue a voucher for another Purism product, but they most likely wonāt refund the money. Iāve seen too many people post on both videos and forums about how the early backers couldnāt get refunds.
What @Mr_Swiggs said is not correct. @esplanades, search the Librem 5/phones section of the forum for the latest threads about ārefund.ā Sort answers by date.
As this is all off-topic for this thread, itās best to discuss it in one of the other threads.
Yeah, I ordered some accessories as well and had a slightly earlier order date than you. Iāve noticed future orders have already shipped, but I am also still waiting. Oh well, Iām sure weāll see it soon enough.
