I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention that your website seems to offer non-responsive shipping prices. I noticed this while considering the purchase of an OpenPGP card. Despite being in the same country as Purism (USA), the shipping costs appear nearly identical to those from FLOSS Shop in Germany.
It seems this may be due to a flat shipping rate policy. In contrast, companies like ThinkPenguin provide more flexible shipping options for smaller packages; for example, their PRO Elite Class 10 U3 V30 microSDXC Flash Memory Card ships for approximately $8.
I just wanted to share this feedback for your consideration.
Edit: I listed ThinkPenguin because they also utilize a flat-rate shipping policy and also specialize in FLOSS hardware.
