First boot of new Librem 14 - don't know my disk encryption password

I’m booting my Librem 14 (QubesOS pre-installed) for the first time and am being asked for my disk encryption password. I can’t find any correspondence from Puri.sm to tell me what my initial disk encryption password is.

Two weeks ago I put in a support ticket to ask for it, and then followed up after several days of no response.

As of today it’s been 2 weeks of no response, so I have to face it that Puri.sm Support is ghosting me and I’m on my own.

Does anyone know a safe way to set a new disk encryption password so that I can boot up my Librem 14 for the first time?

Thanks.

I know Purism support has been pretty swamped recently. They definitely need to improve some documentation, but historically, default decryption passwords have been either 123456 or 12345678, so I would try those
