While waiting … feel free to discuss.
So I found that my L5 won’t turn on. It’s only response is to show a red light when plugged into the charger.
Yes I tried talking dirty to it, it didn’t help. (The microphone kill switch was in the correct position.)

I was contacted within 5 minutes of posting this.
The solution was to hold down the power button for 30 seconds.
(Although it seemed I had done that before. maybe I gave up at 29 seconds?)
