How do some people get pictures for themselves? Where is that documented?
Is there a way to see all posts since I last checked?

(1) Register yourself at Gravatar.com
(2) Then make sure that when you post here, to use the same email address as the one used at gravatar.com
(3) Voila - your picture will show up.
