Hi everyone,
Black Full screen issue here on my brand new Librem 15. After installing Devuan on a Samsung SSD 860 EVO 500GB, I try to boot it up, but I run into a problem. When I enter the boot menu, select the drive with Devuan, and get to the grub menu, I choose Devuan, but then it hangs.
After that, the screen just goes black, and the system freezes completely. Has anyone else had this black colour screen issue on the Librem 15, or know of any fixes?

What distros do work? Have you tried PureOS? Ubuntu?
Have you tried a Live Boot USB flash drive? (easier for testing than having to go through with an install on an internal disk)
What boot firmware? BIOS or Pureboot? If the latter, with or without Librem Key?
I don’t think a Librem 15 can be brand new. They haven’t been sold for some years. Did you buy it second hand? Or refurbished? Or? Or is it a Librem 14?
Regarding Devuan, you may want to review e.g. Help wanted, can't boot into graphical install (which suggests that with enough hacking around it may be possible).
