I just bought the Librem 13 with Qubes. I see that it ships with the ability to encrypt the home directory, but I would like to encrypt the whole disk. I have a USB with Qubes, can anyone point me towards a tutorial on how to reinstall Qubes with full-disk encryption? Thanks!
Are you sure that only the home directory is encrypted?
