Gnome web is crashing when watching videos

When I start playing a video on gnome web it crashes like this

Sometimes the i can hear only the audio with some weird rectangles here and there.
I have attached the stack trace I collected (new to this stuff so not sure if I did properly)

Operating system : pureos byzantium (in gnome wayland )
software (version) : gnome web (3.38.1)

This problem does not occur in other browsers like firefox-esr

My guess is that this is Epiphany based and so the problem is better handled by the folks maintaining it there.

Fortunately Firefox works right?

From the stack trace it seems to be the nouveau driver. Yes firefox-esr works. I am not sure where to report this.
