Having received an e-mail (no-reply) from your company in which you communicate your displeasure in the delays in shipping, it seems to me correct to reply and I wish to do so publicly.

Dear company
there is no problem. You are doing a wonderful job and there is a worldwide pandemic and so I understand the reasons for the delay. I had a moment of disappointment but it passed and I thank you for the message.
