How do I cancel my Librem5 USA order?

I converted my order to Librem 5 USA in January of 2020. Since it’s been 2 and half years…and the year before that they I put my payment down for the standard model, I think nearly 3 years with the money is enough.
The website makes it hard to cancel an order and simply pushes people here. How can I cancel and get my money back?

If you converted to the US version, isn’t the wait list gone for that one? I thought I read that somewhere. You should probably try a status check first to confirm that you’re really still “backlogged”.
