How do I resize non-system veraencrypted partitions?

I created an ext4 partition. Then I used veracrypt to encrypt that entire partition using deniable encryption. But what if I want to resize the partition, I wasn’t able to do so with gparted (whether the partition was mounted or unmounted) so is there another way to resize the partition?

I think you have to un-encrypt (not unlock) it, resize, then re-encrypt, but that should be verified via veracrypts website.

How do you un-encrypt the data via veracrypt?
