How do you cancel subscription / convert to free service?

I would like to downgrade to a free plan, and get a refund for my subscription.

For what exactly? Sounds like this might be a question for support of the service you are referring to and not for the community forum…

you can stop autorenewal of the l1 subscription, but for cancellation & refund you’d obvioulsy need contact purism support.
