How to activate SIM on new Librem 5

Hello,

Just received a new Librem 5 with the SIM already installed. But it appears I still need to activate it. A piece of paper says to contact wireless_support@puri.sm to activate. I’ve done that but haven’t heard back yet. To be fair, I did that last night and I know support is slow. But I feel like there should be some written instructions somewhere for me to follow. I do get a couple of bars showing on the phone. Does that mean that it’s activated or just that there’s a SIM card in there? None of my many phone call attempts have gone through, nor have my SMS messages. Also, I don’t even know what my phone numberis or how to find it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
