How to Change the Disk Encryption Password

How can I change the disk encryption password that I initially set up? I’m a noob I should say, pardon my ignorance. I tried playing around with variations of “cryptsetup luksChangeKey /dev/sda5”, but can’t seem to find the right partition to reset the disk encryption password. Might anyone be able to help?

you can find your partition device using the GNOME disks application in your launcher. Search for ‘disks’ in your launcher.
