I sent my Librem with broken keyboard for warranty repair weeks ago and email@example.com does not respond to emails asking when it will be returned to me. I feel like 1 week is the typical RMA repair time for electronics. I cannot find a phone number on the purism web site.

I went back to the service request form to see if it stated an expected time the laptop would be at the repair facility. I did not find anything about time to repair but did find a SoCal phone number that works.
Pursim is growing and the repair facility moved while my laptop was there. They told me they just got a permanent phone number which will be posted soon.
