I got my L5 - keyring does not unlock

Hello,
I got my L5 (Oct, 2017).
So far there were a few issues.

• the smartcard reader was not activated -> follow this: https://puri.sm/posts/openpgp-in-your-pocket/
• bluetooth did not work. I was able to get it working by installing the nonfree blob

There is one thing I have not yet resolved.
The gnome password keyring is not automatically unlocked when you login.
Usually the password you enter when you login is automatically sent to GNOME password keychain to unlock it. But that somehow does not happen.

The gnome password keyring is not automatically unlocked when you login.

I think this requires PAM config but you should first consider carefully what your overall security requirements are. If you have a 4, 5 or 6 digit PIN to login then it is hardly worth locking your keyring behind that PIN unless you have taken other steps.

I think the status is that developers know about it, they want to fix it and are working towards getting it fixed, but it’s not done yet.
