I have been noticing that video playback and graphics rendering is not working quite as smoothly as I would expect: when watching videos it feels like the whole frame isn’t rendered fully, but instead it’s rendered as if it were an interlaced frame. Same applies for when I ran a CAD software in a VM: it would render the top part first before rendering the bottom half. When scrolling through certain pages, parts of the page render before others.
Currently running Debian GNU/Linux 9 (stretch) 4.9.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.9.51-1 (2017-09-28) x86_64 GNU/Linux on a Librem 13 v2.
Any ideas how I can resolve this?
