Your /etc/apt/sources.list file should contain only this:
deb https://repo.pureos.net/pureos green main
Then you can update your system via gui: https://tracker.pureos.net/w/pureos/software_center/updating_apps/
or via command line: https://tracker.pureos.net/w/recommendations/upgrading_packages/
