There is no camera app installed. So I installed sudo apt install camera.app but this can not see any camera device.
The GNOME webcam app is called “Cheese”, it’s part of the default Librem 11 OS image. If you search for “webcam” or “camera” in Phosh it comes up for those terms too.
I’ve not used camera.app but it looks from the description like it’s for transferring photos from a standalone digital camera, not for webcams.
