L5 is off - BT is discoverable?

As it says - my L5 is seemingly switched off!
But my Ubuntu BT settings the L5 is visible
Is that really possible?

On most of case WPAN just stay recorded on list not really visible mean. You can delete the L5 WPAN recorded on Opensource-Fedora-Linux-Ubuntu host then Rescan to see if really visible again.
