Can't turn on after latest update (kernel), no response to touch input, USB keyboard not working

Hi, I used Software to install an update today, I saw that it was just the kernel being updated, after the installation was successful it isn’t responding to touch, it asks for the disk decryption password, gets stuck there and turns off after some time. I tried attaching a keyboard with an USB A-to-C adapter but the phone doesn’t put out any power on the port (tested with USB power analyzed in line with the keyboard).
