you have to use: login.wifionice.de
should have read the instructions lol
Let us know whether it works for you next time you are on ICE.
nslookup login.wifionice.de
Server: 10.23.47.18
Address: 10.23.47.18#53
** server canât find login.wifionice.de: NXDOMAIN
Maybe it resolves when actually on ICE. However in that case it will also only resolve if your DNS server settings are appropriate e.g. DNS server set (directly or indirectly) via DHCP.
Brand new L5 at home. Same symptoms, wouldnât connect no matter what, but no failure message or any clue whatsoever.
The above worked, but I had to fiddle around a lot to get the apply button to light up, no idea what finally got it to do so.
Before trying this, mobile and bluetooth were off. As part of my desperate flailing around, I toggled airplane mode. As expected, airplane mode disabled wifi. But turning airplane mode off instantly reenbled mobile and bluetooth as well as wifi. I hope that teaches me to never enable airplane mode on the L5 again or at least remember to use the HKS first.
I tried connecting to the WifionICE this weekend with the Librem5.
