The shop says that spare batteries can only be shipped internationally when ordered together with a phone or laptop. Does the LapDock kit count as a laptop for this purpose?

I emailed support and they replied to clarify that it has to be a spare battery for the same device. So ordering a replacement laptop battery together with a new Librem 11 (another option I was considering) will also not work.
