No charging indicator light, no other signs of life. Screen appears fine. I removed the SD Card and have sent an e-mail to support. Hopefully we can get this fixed and sent back quickly. It’s currently my work tablet.
The OtterBox uniVERSE Case for Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro is reported to fit the PinePhone well without much modification, I use one, it did require drilling holes for cameras and using acetone/ABS resin to close up the big camera holes.
Have you Purism folks found tablet and phone cases which fit the various purism devices to help with drop protection?
No tablet case thus far. Purism won’t even provide a half-ass attempt. I was considering investing into Purism, but with as many problems as I’ve facwd with their products and their non-existant support for Librem One as well as other things. It has made me hesitant to buy shares. And if they could address all or most of their core features that’d be great.
