LIbrem 11: re-flashed firmware erasing settings, won't boot without Librem Key

PureBoot/Coreboot noob question. I bought Librem 11 a while ago without a Librem Key (didn’t want the complication and that level of protection).

Today I upgraded the firmware erasing all settings (thought “why would I need any existing settings? Let’s have a clean flash from scratch.”). Now on boot it complains that there is no GPG key in my keyring and offers a range of nested options. All of them seem to ultimately require me to insert a Librem Key.

So, I can’t find any way to boot and use the device without a Librem Key.

Is there indeed no way? Or am I missing one?

At this point I do not care about tampering etc., I just want to straightforwardly boot and use the device.

You will need to reenable PureBoot Basic:

Options → Change Configuration Settings → Enable PureBoot Basic Mode.
