Librem 14 - keyboard matrix short + battery/jack fault, parts needed

The replacement parts page for /librem-14-battery-4-cell/ states that they are unable to send individual batteries (that aren’t contained in a laptop). I assume this means I would need to send my Librem 14 to Purism in the USA in order for the battery to be replaced.

Purism mentioned that they can ship standalone batteries internationally, though only with DHL.

Good news We are fully approved for international shipping of standalone batteries! Bad news The carrier is charging a significant fee for shipment of dangerous goods - much more than anticipated. We are now working to update the shop to account for these additional charges if a standalone battery is purchased, necessitating the “dangerous goods” label.
