I am a happy and satisfied Librem 14 user, feel however the need to reach out to you (hoping you might be able to share a hint/advice), as - for the past 2 months - I have not received any feedback from the Puri.sm support team regarding my below query:
on 29 Nov 2024 and 14 January 2025 I had been in touch with the support (support@puri.sm) in order to check whether I could get (i.e.: order) a few replacement screws for the backside of the Librem 14 case. As mentioned, until to date I am yet to receive and answer.
In the meantime I had asked some shops in Switzerland (where I live) whether they knew a source of where to get those replacement screws, had been advised the screws best being bought directly with the seller, respectively the notebook manufacturer so as to ensure they’ll effectively fit.
Would you have any idea as to where I could get those screws - and if yes: what would be the (generic) specs I need to quote / look out for when ordering them (I can buy/order in Switzerland, Germany and/or other EU countries)? My Librem 14 Model is: L14v1-01. Many thanks for your kind help and advice - I look forward to hearing from you.
