You can add that US mvno based on TMobile work like:
Mint (making local calls, making international calls, showing message sent received, sending mms images)

AT&T mvno seem to suffer from a bug or misconfiguration:
H2O (making local calls, cannot make international calls, cannot show message received - green check, sending mms images)
