I think it is. Probably depends on your sort of use, but I have been rocking the L5 as a daily driver since early February and I think it does a great job: phone, mail, messaging (sms and Telegram), navigation, music, web sites, etcetera, it al works very adequately.
Sure: battery life could be better, gps could be quicker, camera could be easier, bt could be more reliable, suspend is eagerly awaited, the VoLTE problem should not exist, and there is probably more that could be improved upon. But all that does not prevent the L5 from being a perfectly usable piece of kit.
