No motion controls yet (I was using a keyboard remotely), but I’ll sure try to hack them into neverball some evening Otherwise it’s just a regular neverball package from production repo.
Sounds like a new community project – 3-D printed instead of cardboard, with tabs to hold the L5 and holes for velcro straps!
Balance/weight distribution:
Don’t even THINK about trying that “Enhance. Enhance.” bulls#!t to find my reflection in that lip balm tube, suckas…
is there a particular reason why it would rest screen up in perfect balance on a lip-balm tube ? or did you want us to deduct your house-of-cards skills ?
Not a great indication of center of balance. I’d be more interested to see how close you could get it to protruding halfway off the edge of that counter/table/ whatever.
This is important information. It affects the accuracy of the throw, especially on longer distances.
Edit: forgot the even more obvious throwing related video…
For my next trick, I will test how well the L5 survives a drop in the toilet.
Not.
Animatch looks like a candy crush clone. That was a 30 million dollar stretch goal. How is Purism now going to raise this kind of money? You ruined everything!
I saw that… it’s mostly garbage. Don’t waste your time.
… but if one decides to watch it, keep in mind that he has an old software base without many fixes for the things he pointed out.
