Librem 5 MMS VCARD received as text

I have got MMS working and I and getting and sending images.

But VCARDS are received as text (see below)
I think I have something configured incorrectly as I believe the Vcard should be
imported into Contacts.

Any suggestions.

When I click on the Vcard it is opened by Thunderbird

The email attachment has text of the Vcard

It should never be imported automatically. That would be risky / dangerous.

I think the right answer today is

  • save the vcard into a file
  • from the Contacts application, import the vcard file

Yes, this could be better integrated. Perhaps it will be in a future version of the software.
