I could use some help. I am having difficulties charging my Librem 5. When I plug it in, it goes through cycles of vibrating, green and red colors lighting up (Sometimes yellow) and does not seem to be charging. Any advice or suggestions? Thank you!

While in this cycle, hold the Volume Up button. The pattern of colors should change. What happens with the LEDs then?
