Librem Key and TOTP Secrets?

Love my Librem 13. Recently switched to Ubuntu from PureOS.
After getting situated and assigning Ubuntu as my default boot, I realized I couldn’t generate a new secret. It is not accepting my Librem Key Admin Pin that its asking for. I haven’t changed it so it should be the default, but still, no cigar.

Any way to fix this? I read a couple other threads and I’m starting to believe I need a new Librem Key? anything helps.
