Librem Key Issues

i am having issues resetting the admin pin on my Librem key. For some reason the pin has stopped working and when I try to reset the key or change the pin I get error messages such as “Error unblocking the PIN: Bad PIN” or “Error setting the Reset Code: Bad PIN”.

How can I resolve this issue?

Yes I managed to factory reset it and started over, all is working fine now
