when i go to shut down all of a sudden it wants to update pureOS yet once that happens it ask for my login then shuts off.
when opening i put in all of my login and i get a blue screen asking to open pureos , debugging. and several other very small letters top left of screen. i have no idea why this is happening i go to terminal and do an update there is nothing to update ??? did someone breaking i have vpn and more this just started last three times i close or open pureOS. i have no email on this got me wondering who is screwing with me…, no other crap. its bothering me. thank you for any reply. librawolf has been a problem that i also cant figure out in another post. ive deleted librawold started machine angain download librawolf still only get one time that i can go to any site after that site i have to close librawolf in order to hit bookmark and they lite up so i can go to another site.???

Now my Librem mini v2 will not even boot up I get to put in my first password. Then top left of screen says firm ware failed about 4 lines. I’ve let it stay on I get no other msg. Useless machine 2 years old I read a lot of others having similar problems.
Does Librem repair our system if I mail them my SSD? I’ve seen people saying Librem doesn’t even reply to them? HELP please yes I’m new to Linux pure Os or any other Linux machine

Do you have a Live Boot USB to try to boot?
Do you have a backup that you could restore if you had to?
I have yet I can’t get it to use it because machine sticks to screen in photo above. Im going to go buy a new flash drive and download from Purism PureOS 10.3 plus a flash program at library either that or wait until I can buy PureOS on a flash drive right from Purism.
Does the individual have ransomware? This does look odd.
Or did the SSD die?
What are you doing in order to choose to boot from the USB drive v. boot from the internal drive?
If you have another x86 computer then you should at least be able to verify that the Live Boot USB drive is correctly bootable.
Or is the boot partition on it corrupted / full / broken / confused?
It get grub recover. No the drive is good yet it got partitioned by mistake now it asked for encryption code I never been ask that nor did I do any encryption. I have purchased today a 1 Terabyte drive and 16 gig memory. I have from Purism the Pure OS 10.3 and archer downloaded from library thing is my old computer runs windows vista 64 I works as best I can still won’t open Archer. Have a computer place that will put in the new drive and memory I’ll drop it off tomorrow . Very disappointed with this all the music photos apts gone.
