I had the same issue and sent an email to support. (They don’t use librem.one.)
The top level home page for puri.sm also seems to be down. I got here by entering forums.puri.sm. I normally go to the top level page and go to support then forums from the pull-down menu, I don’t use a link to get here directly.

Looks like social is back now.
I appreciate you both bringing this to our attention. It appears that there was a communication issue with the cloud hosting provider, but Purism is aware and working on it, and service should fully resume shortly.

Librem.one and Puri.sm home page came back up within an hour.
