I keep trying to sign up for a Librem.one package but it keeps directing me to a Wordpress page to sign in. What credentials am I supposed to sign in with? Any help will be appreciated.

It seems to be working for me.
Just as a test, I chose “Gotta have it” for the “Get Everything” bundle and it took me to a web page that looked plausible as a sign up (“Register”) page. It is indeed asking for a “username” and “password” because it wants to know what username I would like to have and what password I will set for my new account.
Does that help?
For the record, I am using (latest) Firefox on Linux. If web pages are misbehaving, sometimes it is good to try a different browser.

Finally figured out how to use this site. I wrote to Support and they said there will be no new signups till the end of the 2nd quarter of the year due to maintenance - which I find incredibly strange because why haven’t they updated the website to say so? This is a copy and paste from the email I received from them: “ Thank you for following up on this.
“According to our estimate, Librem One services should be open for registrations by Quarter 2 of this year.
Thank you for your patience as we work to get the service up to optimal status.
