I’ve run into the issue once before. The laptop is only a few months old.
-Battery status is stuck on estimating
-Unplugged, the laptop immediately turns off
-Plugged in, the middle light turns orange
-While this light is orange… the laptop powers down after 1 min. Even when plugged in.
-After a few minutes connected to AC, the middle light turns blue. Allows use while connected.
Get the same result booting from a freshly installed Pure OS Image
Checked the connectors for the battery
Any ideas?
