Yes I rebooted the whole phone just in case.
Before pressing the 3 dots I only see seven languages. Afterwards, I see thirty.
No I’m not 
It doesn’t seem so complex, but maybe I did something wrong at some point. I’ll take another look someday. I’m too busy at the moment.
