If you use another distro as the standard PureOS on the Librem5, would it decrease the security level on some aspects?

if you run any of these distros > http://www.gnu.org/distros/free-distros.html
and make sure that you know what you’re doing security shouldn’t be decreased at all.
however security is not the same thing as privacy. see the CIA triad in infosec
