Locked out of my account (temporarily)

Why does this site keep telling me I have temporarily been locked out of my account? As an L5 pre-orderer I would like to check my order every now and then, but alas…
(No, I did not forget or mess up my login.)

I am not getting it: resetting my password does not seem to work, and neither does asking for an unlock mail.
And not a word about why I should be locked out.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Yes, this might be a support issue. I don’t see any reason why you’d be locked out.

I was just wondering whether it was just me, or if it was more of a structural problem.
