Probably the neutralized/neutered + disabled vs disabled Intel ME.

A second-hand Librem 13 is cheaper than a new Librem 14, and probably cheaper than a second-hand Librem 14.

A Librem 13 is probably slightly smaller and lighter than a Librem 14 (but I didn’t check the numbers).

I also don’t know the numbers, but during the runup to the Librem 14, Purism claimed that it would fit in about the same volume because of reduced bezel size.

But also has weak hinges that will break. It is not a question of if, but when. I have a perfectly functional Librem 13 v2 with no TPM that is not usable anymore because the hinges failed and the display cable came undone, requiring a completely new display.

It might be cheaper, but I would save a bit more and get a used 14.
