Hi everyone. I lost my username due to my account being hacked and can’t use the services I’m being charged for. Does anyone know how I can recover that? My main gmail was hacked and the info isn’t there and I dunno if that’s the gmail I signed up with even as I had other gmail’s I lost access too to as well. Is there a support number? I can’t even get support without knowing my username I think? Thanks!
There is support@puri.sm - emailing them is probably the best starting point.
Leaving gmail is the best starting part. Using a privacy concerned laptop and using gmail does not get together.
