I think the sentence means: “Commercial nosy AI” would be used as an extension of Surveillance Capitalism i.e. to monetize ostensibly private details about your life.
Ironically, judging from the logo, it uses AI to determine your AI exposure.

Yes, it is. “This” could refer to “the test” or it could refer to “commercial nosy AI”. I gave it the most plausible clarification. Only the OP can say for sure.
I’m pretty sure that, yes, that is the intention of this tool. However let’s say that you don’t have a BigAI account and have therefore never used it, except possibly in some “guest” or “demo” mode.
I think you should still be concerned about your privacy exposure to BigAI and the use of AI to reduce your privacy.
AI must surely be useful to take whatever (large number of) scraps of information are already out there on each individual and weave them into a more comprehensive (potentially hallucinated) narrative. We have already seen one or two stories along those lines but those stories have tended to be focused in very specific areas, rather than a whole-of-internet attack on your privacy.

And more: aggregate vast amounts of data already harvested into incredibly precise profiles (for those who willingly surrendered their privacy long ago); and IMO utimately an agenda for colonizing our minds/brains and therefore manipulate at will (because of course we already know this: free will does not exist!)
