Hello everyone,
I have installed PureOS on a iMac 27" (2012, Intel), everything works fine except the Jack port. When I connect a lavalier microphone, in the Audio settings it is detected as Headphones (Output), instead of being detected as Microphone (Input).
I’m asking for help because I don’t know what to do anymore, the solutions I’ve found on the internet don’t work.

Use a dedicated audio interface and connect the lavalier microphone to that instead.

I got tired of looking for a solution via software, I bought a USB device. Thanks for the suggestion.
