Microphone & Webcam Remote Access on a PC without OS installed

Hello All,

Are there knowledgeable people who have successfully accessed microphone and webcam on a Desktop/Laptop/PC without any OS installed on the hardware?

Could be only using an UEFI
Could be only using an Intel ME
Could be only using an AMD PSP

All 3 blackbox have access to everything on the motherboard including network, microphone and camera
All have been breached one way or another, you can easily found some articles about that

Clearly UEFI can be used to access any part of hardware.:

IT staff can remotely manage systems equipped with UEFI without booting into Windows or any other OS!
