Missing icons for Flathub apps

I have added the Flatpak repository and have installed some apps from it through the PureOS store and sometimes through terminal.

Some are missing launch icons (Proton VPN, Joplin, but not Pure Maps), and have to be launched manually through terminal or the PureOS store. I am not using Flatseal to my knowledge (the Tips & Tricks page mentions this may be a cause).

Does anyone have suggestions about where I start to fix this?

By default, Phosh shows only apps where the .desktop file says it’s mobile-friendly. If your Phosh is recent enough there should be a button at the bottom of the app list saying “Show all apps” that will show non-mobile apps in addition to the mobile ones. Maybe the icons are there?

That did it! Feeling silly I didn’t think of it myself. Thank you!
