I can’t start/nor factory reset my computer as it doesn’t recognize the Librem Key anymore.
What can i do?

Yes, i have tried and contacted the support too
Have you tried plugging the Librem Key into a USB port on a different computer, preferably a computer running Linux? The other computer may have no idea what to do with the Librem Key but if e.g. lsusb
shows that the Librem Key comes up as a USB device, or not, that may demonstrate whether there is a problem with the Librem Key.
